Ess-y Construction Nigeria Limited is a wholly indigenous construction company that has been principally involved in turnkey projects over the years. We designed and built all the projects we have handled so far except the mosque and church at the Federal Civil Service College Abuja which we only built.

The company was incorporated in Nigeria on the 20th day of January, 1992 (R.C 183489) and has been actively involved in building design and construction ever since.

At Ess-y Construction, we design to fit the lifestyles and aspirations of our clients individually. Furthermore, when we translate designs into reality on site, we usually surpass their expectations.

Our firm belief is that good construction is all about using the right materials skillfully. Even when we have to build a one bedroom bungalow for a low-income earner or a sprawling villa for the wealthy, our underlying principle of quality workmanship is always strictly adhered to.
